Bree Ricker

Bree Ricker, MSW, LCSW
CEO & Behavior Consultant

BIO

Bree is behavior consultant, co-owner and Chief Executive Officer at Brosh Inc. Additionally, Bree is a licensed clinical social worker, earning her Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University.  Bree has more than a decade of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began working as a direct care professional while obtaining her undergraduate degree from Purdue University. She went on to work as a case manager for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. After obtaining her MSW, Bree began working as a behavior consultant.

 As a clinical social worker, Bree’s approach is rooted in valuing the dignity and worth of each person. She uses a strength-based and empowerment approach to guide individuals towards their own goals. Bree values working together as a team towards each individual’s goals and desires. She is a strong advocate and support for the individuals she serves.

Josh Ricker

Josh Ricker, MSW, LCSW
COO & Behavior Consultant

BIO

Josh is a behavior consultant, co-owner and chief operating officer of Brosh Inc. He is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 2017. He began behavior consulting work upon graduation in 2017. Prior to his work as a behavior consultant, he worked in the Department of Child Services where he worked as a family case manager, collaborative care case manger and supervisor. He began working with people with developmental disabilities at this time and became familiar with the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities and Services Medicaid Waiver. He assisted people in getting on this waiver as well as assisting them with receiving social security.

Josh uses a person-centered and strength-based approach to assist people in reaching their goals towards independence and happiness. This includes using a variety of tactics such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and formal behavior modification techniques. Josh believes creating a trust-based relationship is key in incorporating change. He works with all team members to build a unified approach towards assisting individuals in reaching their goals. He believes it is important all team members are informed and equipped with ways to assist individuals on a day to day basis.

skye foley

BIO

Skye Foley has her Masters in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. Skye works with individuals age 18 and over, and is open to teens 14-16. Skye has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in some capacity for 18 years. As a social worker she utilizes a mindful, therapeutic and strength’s based approach with the individuals she serves. She is willing to meet with those that she is serving out in the community, within their home, day program or within a group opportunity. Skye’s hope is to work alongside her clients, assisting them in increasing their independence and reaching their overall goals.

Amie Klinger, MSW

BIO

Amie Klinger earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University. She has been working in social services for more than 20 years, and brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her clients. Amie works with individuals of all ages and has a goal of self-advocacy and improved quality of life. Amie works with individuals in the community, day programs or workshops, and in their home.

joe roth

Joe Roth, MS

BIO

Joe Roth graduated from Liberty University in 2015 and has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families ever since. He employs a cognitive-behavioral approach combined with real-world experiences to foster personal growth through strength-based practices.

Joe’s mission is to empower individuals by providing encouragement, personalized support, and life skills development in practical, everyday settings. He works with clients aged 18 and older on a case-by-case basis, tailoring his approach to meet their unique needs.

Whether in their homes, communities, or day programs, Joe integrates real-world experiences into his work to help individuals build confidence, independence, and resilience in their daily lives.

michelle trabel

Michelle Trabel, MSW
Behavior Consultant

BIO

Michelle earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Her career includes over 20 years of experience in mental health in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings such as The Carriage House, YWCA, Cedars Hope Group Home for Women. She was employed for 10 years with the Lutheran Health Network in a variety of roles including Intake Assessor, Group Therapist, and a Court Liaison with the Allen County Superior Court. Michelle volunteered as a board member for St. Joseph Mission’s Women’s Shelter and the Allen County Mental Health Task Force. She was a certified trainer on crisis prevention/intervention and has presented on issues related to recovery at conferences and instructional forums throughout the community.

Michelle utilizes person-centered, strength-based, solution focused therapies. Her passion is to assist people to find lives filed with meaning, purpose, and rich relationships while helping them to achieve the highest level of independence possible.Raised in rural east Allen County, she is particularly aware of the need for community based services in rural areas. She enjoys sharing her love for outdoor activities no matter the physical ability. Michelle delights in learning and sharing knowledge about vegetable gardening, cooking/ baking, knitting / crochet and other crafts.

meredyth mee

Meredyth Mee, MSW

BIO

Meredyth Mee has her masters in social work from Indiana University. Meredyth works with individuals of any age. Meredyth has worked in the past as a therapist with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities, Huntington's disease, dementia, severe mental health disorders, and traumatic brain injuries. As a social worker, Meredyth utilizes a holistic as well as a strength based approach when working with the clients that she serves. Meredyth is willing to meet with clients in the community, at day programs, waiver homes, or individual's homes. Meredyth hopes to teach her clients how to use positive coping skills in their daily lives. She also hopes to increase her client's quality of life by providing advocacy and personal centered care to each individual she serves.

Cari kaylor

Cari Kaylor, MS Ed

BIO

Cari Kaylor has her Masters of Education from Ball State University.  Cari works with individuals of all ages including school aged children through adults. Cari has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the school setting for 23 years. As a former educator, Cari utilizes her experiences with children with disabilities to help overcome obstacles in their daily lives. Cari easily makes connections with individuals learning how to best help them achieve goals. She is willing to meet in the individual’s home, school, community, or day programs. Cari’s goals are to support the individual’s needs and help them gain independence and confidence.

Dr. John F. Newbauer

Dr. John F. Newbauer Consulting Psychologist (Level 1 Supervisor)

BIO

Dr. John Newbauer is a consulting psychologist currently providing supervision for behavioral clinicians at Brosh Inc.


Dr. Newbauer worked at the Fort Wayne State Developmental Center in the late 1960s and with the Allen County Johnny Appleseed Center in the early 1970s as psychologist and director of vocational services and residential services. After finishing his doctorate at Ball State University, Dr. Newbauer taught at the Rehabilitation Institute of Southern Illinois University and St. Francis College. He then served on the core faculty of the Adler School of Professional Psychology for 18 years until 2008.

In 1981, Dr. Newbauer co-founded a private practice group, Phoenix Associates, Inc. in Fort Wayne, where he practiced psychology for 23 years. He then served as Director of Treatment and Diagnostic Services for the Allen County Juvenile Center. 

Dr. Newbauer served as the Executive Director of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology (NASAP) and Administrator of ICASSI (International Committee for Adlerian Summer Schools and Institutes).


Dr. Newbauer holds a diplomate from the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology. He has publications in the area of working with sexual offenders and victims and also spirituality and mental health.
